Start walking from the “Pieve di Molli” until you reach its characteristic cemetery. Enter the forest of chestnut trees which is on the right, and go along path 111. After about two kilometers go left and leave the main trail and take the “carrettiera” that goes to the marble caves. Proceed for about 900 meters, until you reach the dirt road on the valley bottom. Continue right on a flat track, for about 500 meters until you reach a small masonry construction ( Fontarradi ). Beyond it, leave the road, turn left onto a steep trail that goes uphill into a dense forest until you reach a clearing, where the castle Palazzo al Piano is located. Proceed left, on a dirt road inside the woods. Pass by the farmhouse Poggioli and continue following the road until you reach a large intersection, where there is a pond with some beautiful water lilies (Pescina a Molli). Continue on the main road until you reach a clearing, where the church Pieve di Molli is located.
